(Numbering In Accordance With Swz) 5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations On Educational Facilities In Łódź, Stage 3 In The Design-Build Formula. Preparation Of Technical Documentation And Assembly Of 18 Photovoltaic Installations In 16 Facilities.5.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Annex No. 11 To The Swz.11.6.Contractors Certificate:11.6.1.Obtaining Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors And Using The Certificate Is Voluntary. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Certificate As A Condition For Applying For The Contract.11.6.2.The Contractor May, Pursuant To Art. 124 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Instead Of Appropriate Subjective Evidence, Submit A Certificate Confirming The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors As To Not Being Subject To Exclusion Or Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.11.6.3.The Certificate Replaces Subjective Means Of Evidence Only To The Extent That Its Content Confirms The Grounds For Exclusion Or The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Required By The Ordering Party.11.6.4.If The Certificate Does Not Cover All The Grounds For Exclusion Or Participation Conditions Required In These Proceedings, The Contractor Shall Demonstrate The Remaining Circumstances Using Subjective Means Of Evidence Indicated In Swz.11.6.5.The Ordering Party Does Not Require Subjective Means Of Evidence Within The Scope Covered By A Valid Certificate, Subject To Art. 124 Section 4 Pzp, Art. 31 Section 6 Of The Act On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors And Circumstances Not Covered By The Statutory Scope Of Certification.11.6.6.The Certificate Does Not Replace The Declaration Referred To In Art. 125 Section 1 Pzp, Nor The Declarations And Documents Required Regarding The Sanction Grounds Arising From Art. 7 Of The Act On Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014.11.6.7.The Certificate Does Not Confirm The Events Referred To In Art. 4 Section 3 Of The Certification Act, Arising In These Proceedings. These Circumstances Are Subject To A Separate Examination By The Ordering Party.11.6.8.The Contractor Submits The Certificate At The Stage At Which, In Accordance With The Pzp And Swz, He Is Obliged To Submit Subjective Evidence Replaced By The Certificate.11.6.9.The Ordering Party Verifies The Authenticity, Validity Period, Status And Scope Of Certification As Well As The Authorization Of The Certifying Entity In The Database On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors.11.6.10.At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Provides The Data Referred To In Art. 31 Section 6 Of The Certification Act, Or Consents To Their Being Made Available To The Ordering Party By The Certifying Entity.11.6.11.A Contractor Who Refers To The Certification Granted To H
