Tenders Are Invited For Renovation And Modernization Of The Palace In Młochów And Its Surroundings

The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works (Restoration And Conservation) At A Facility Under Conservation Protection, Which Is The Palace In The Palace And Park Complex In Młochów, At Ul. Fr. Bronisława Markiewicza 4, Along With Internal Installations: Water, Sewage, Heat - Gas Boiler Room, Electric And Road Works. The Project Envisages Renovation And Adaptation Of The Historic Palace In Młochów In Order To Preserve The Existing Functions Of The Historic Building, As Well As Giving It New Functional Functions, I.E. Cultural, Educational And Social (The Ordering Party Obtained The Consent Of The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Monuments To Change The Function And Layout Of Rooms). The Task Will Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027, Under Measure 9.2 Revitalization Of Non-Urban Areas, Project Type: Protection, Development And Promotion Of Cultural Heritage.
