1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of The Building Of The 19Th And 2Nd Secondary Schools In Gdańsk At Ul. J. Pestalozziego 11/13 And 7/9 To Applicable Fire Safety Regulations, Located On Plots No. 237/6 And 253, Precinct 0042 In Gdańsk. 2. The Task Includes: Scope 1: - Adaptation Of The Building Of The 19Th And 2Nd Secondary School In Gdańsk To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations, Ensuring Fire Access; - Construction Of Garbage Shelters; - Replacement Of Water Connections; - Removal Of Conflicts With Technical Infrastructure And Greenery; - Replacement Plantings; - Restoration Of Environmental Elements After The Works Performed; - Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities In The 19Th Secondary School. Scope 2 - Renovation Of The Auditorium In The 2Nd Secondary School. High School Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Will Be Carried Out For The Needs Of Two General Secondary Schools: Xix Secondary School In Gdańsk At Ul. J. Pestalozziego 11/13 And Ii Secondary School In Gdańsk At Ul. J. Pestalozzi 7/9. The 19Th Secondary School Occupies The Northern Part Of The Building With A Gymnasium On The Ground Floor And A Side Wing, While The 2Nd Secondary School Occupies The Southern Part Of The Building With An Auditorium On The First Floor And A Side Wing. The School Plot (Plot No. 253) Borders On The Front Facade Of The Building With A Road Plot (Plot No. 237/6) Managed By The Gdańsk Road Administration And The Gdańsk Greenery Management Board In Gdańsk.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
