Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements Along With The Regulations Of Use, 3) Construction Of An Irrigation Installation, 4) Construction Of Paths And Sidewalks With Edges, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Led Lighting Lamps, 6) Planting Of Plants, 7) Installation Of A Roll Lawn, 8) Tidying Up The Area, 9) Annual Greenery Care And Maintenance Irrigation System.4.The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The List Of Facility Equipment (Part Iii Swz).5.The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Technical Documentation (Construction Design, Technical Designs), Stwiorb, Equipment List, Planting Program And The Ordering Partys Recommendations.6.Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Bill Of Quantities.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About Any Difficulties Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, Which Is An Expression Of The Contractors Information Obligation Specified In Art. 651 Cc8.Hierarchy Of Validity Of Documents: Agreement With The Work Contractor, Swz, Technical Documentation.9.The Contractor Undertakes That, When Performing The Contract, It Will Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.10.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Partys Employees With Access To The Place Of Work And To Perform Ongoing Inspections.11.The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining Safety Conditions And For Any Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, As Well As For Events, Failures And Accidents.12.The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Cleanliness And Order At The Place Of Work And To Remove Dirt, Waste And Unnecessary Materials On An Ongoing Basis.
