1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In Dębno Polskie (Ul. Truskawkowa). The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Assumptions And Guidelines Included In The Design Documentation As Part Of The Task Specified In The Budget Resolution Entitled: Construction Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land In Dębno Polskie And Folwark. The Task Is Implemented From The Funds Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship From The One-Year Task Entitled: Construction (Reconstruction) Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land.2.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Developed For The Road Industry.3.Scope Of Work For The Construction Of Ul. Truskawkowa In Dębno Polskie The Works Involve The Construction Of Approximately 550.0 M Of Municipal Road No. 810685P Ul. Truskawkowa In Dębno Polskie, Located On Plot No. 303, 249, 240/2, 240/1, 229/2, Dębno Polskie District. The Construction Includes The Construction Of A New Road Structure With A Basic Width Ranging From 5.00 To 5.50 M With Widening On Curves To A Maximum Of 8.75 M With A Surface Made Of A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate. It Is Also Planned To Build Exits To The Property With A Surface Made Of A Mix Of Crushed Aggregate. In Addition, The Ditch Should Be Rebuilt By Profiling The Bottom And The Ditch Slope And Constructing A Culvert Under The Exit Along With Strengthening The Ditch Inlet And Outlet Slope. Drainage Of The Designed Section On The Surface Within The Road Right-Of-Way. Scope Of Works To Be Performed: A) Earthworks, B) Profiling And Compaction Of The Subgrade For Construction Layers, C) Reinforcing The Subgrade With Separation And Filtering Geotextile, D) Execution Of The Road Surface And Exits From Two Layers Of Crushed Aggregate, E) Planting Of Green Areas, F) Reconstruction Of The Ditch And Construction Of A Culvert Under The Exit In Accordance With The Documentation Design.4.In Addition To The Construction Works Specified Above, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: 1) Perform Geodetic Measurements Together With An As-Built Inventory And A Table Of As-Built Measurements, Which Should Include: A) Length: Road, Edges, B) Surface Area: Road, Exits, 2) Perform Tests On The Degree Of Road Subgrade Compaction, Which, After Approval By The Supervision Inspector, Should Be Delivered To The Municipal Office Of The Rawicz Commune, 3) Height Adjustment Resistors/Edges To The Existing Area And Exits, 4) Construction Of Protective Pipes On Existing And Uninvented Networks Or Connections, If Necessary, 5) Any Unidentified Cables Or Other Devices Discovered During The Works Should Be Treated As Active And Their Discovery Should Be Reported, 6) Preparation Of Documents Required To Notify The Completion Of Construction In Two Copies - Original Documents, 7) Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project (Including Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Approvals). 8) Introducing Temporary Traffic O
