The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Architectural And Construction Industry In The Design And Build Formula, Including Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of The Structure And Roof Covering Of The Outbuilding Part Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. 1 Maja 33A In Żyrardów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, And With Due Diligence Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of Materials Used To Perform The Task.
