No. 122/2 With An Area Of 0.0441 Ha And Geod. No. 123/4 With An Area Of 0.2479 Ha In Margonin At Ul. Field.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order As Part Of The Basic Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The New Headquarters Of The Police Station In Margonin Along With Land Development, Including Architectural And Construction Design, Technical And Executive Design, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Making The Necessary Notifications And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Including Obtaining The Conditions For Connection To The Network And A Final Decision On The Construction Permit - Required In The Construction Process;2) Execution Of Construction Works With The Material Scope To Be Performed - According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Referred To In Point 1);3) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. However, The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 Of The Swz.
