1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Subsequent Execution Of Works Related To The Expansion Of The Recreation Zone At Okrężna And Wróbla Streets.2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Includes, Among Others: A) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Including A Land Development Design, Based On A Map For Design Purposes, To The Extent Necessary To Notify The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Obtain A Construction Permit, Executive Design, Information On Health And Safety, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Cost Estimate For The Works To Be Performed, To The Extent Resulting From The Functional And Utility Program, B) Obtaining All Necessary Or Required Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions Technical Reports, Expert Opinions And Technical Tests (Including Arrangements With The Gasworks And The Technical Infrastructure Department Of The Siemianowice Śląskie Municipal Office), C) Submitting A Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Obtain A Building Permit On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, D) Execution, Based On The Above-Mentioned Documentation, Construction Works, In Order To Complete The Investment Task In Question, Together With The Delivery And Assembly Of All Necessary Devices And Development Elements Resulting From This Documentation, E) Removal Of Conflicting Greenery Together With New Plantings (If Necessary), F) Performing Authors Supervision, G) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Geodetic Inventory, With Submission Of The As-Built Report To The Geodesy Department Of The Siemianowice Śląskie City Hall Surveying Report, H) Providing The Ordering Party With The Necessary Information Regarding The Maintenance And Use Of The Facility.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.4. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99(5) Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Were Not Provided, Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess
