The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Modernization Of The Migok Boiler Room In Łochów By Replacing The Power Source With A Gas One And Rebuilding The Room In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Migok Boiler Room In Łochów With A Gas Connection.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Technological And Industry Concept, Including The Location Of Devices, Point Of Connection To Central Heating, Gas Route, Ventilation, Exhaust Gas Discharge, Power Supply And Automation. Preparation Of Design And Construction Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit And Presenting The Financial And Material Schedule Of The Investment To The Ordering Party; 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation Required By Regulations And Detailed Designs, Stwiorb And Other Studies Specified By The Pfu. 3) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Decisions Or Submitting Notifications Appropriate To The Adopted Qualification Of Works. 4) Proper Execution Of The Investment, Which Is The Modernization Of The Migok Boiler Room - Organization Of The Work Area, Dismantling, Construction, Installation, Assembly And Reconstruction Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice. In Particular, The Implementation Of The Investment Involves The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On Completed Designs, Delivery Of Devices, Installations And Equipment.5) Commissioning And Start-Up Of The Installations Constituting The Subject Of The Order.6) Tightness Tests, Measurements, Flushing, Regulation, Commissioning, Checking Of Safety Systems And Training Of Staff.7) Commissioning And Start-Up Of The Installations Constituting The Subject Of The Order.8) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Modernized Boiler Room Into Operation And Obtaining A Permit For Operation.9) Conducting Training To The Extent Necessary.10) Achieving The Effect And Technical And Technological Parameters Not Worse Than Those Defined In The Functional And Utility Program.11) Providing A Set Of Equipment, Markings, Instructions, Collective Protection Measures In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection, Required By Specific Regulations For The Proper Operation Of The Gas Boiler Room.12) Preparing Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of Devices Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Gas Boiler Room.13) Fees For External Supervision, Tests, Etc.14) As-Built Inventory.15) Marking Of Buildings And Installations In Accordance With The Requirements Of Specific Regulations.16) Designers Supervision4.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5.All Requirements Specified In The Fup Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
