The Order Consists In: 1) Preparing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision From The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority - In Accordance With The Construction Law, As Well As All Necessary Arrangements And Permits Related To The Expansion Of The Commercial And Service Building With A Toilet For The Disabled - For Plot No. 2091 At Ul. Fr. Lt. Col. Józefa Wryczy, Tuchola District, Tuchola Commune.2) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation Referred To In Point 1,3) Construction Of A Toilet - In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Construction Design For Which A Building Permit Was Obtained,4) Obtaining By The Contractor A Decision On An Occupancy Permit And/Or Effective Submission By The Contractor And Acceptance By The Competent Authority Of A Notice Of Completion Of Construction, To Which No Objections Were Raised In By Way Of Decision.
