1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply System, Including The Hydrant, In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie (Ul. Rzemieślnicza 9) Due To The Change Of Water Supply To The Building (To Supply Water From Its Own Intake) And The Separation Of The Domestic Installation From The Hydrant Installation. 2. This Public Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Utility Water Supply System Through The Construction Of A Well Deep Well With A Water Treatment Station For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie.3.The Works Include: 1) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply System In The Field Along The Existing Route In Terms Of Changing The Diameter Of The Pipeline, 2) Replacement Of The Submersible Pump In The Well, 3) Construction Of A Domestic Water Installation In The Building With A Connection To Drinking Water Tanks, 4) Replacement Of The Existing Main Cold Water Pipeline Along The Corridor On Floor -1.5) Distribution Of The Water Installation Domestic And Water For Fire Protection Purposes, 6) Installation Of Five Water Tanks, 7) Installation Of A Water Treatment Plant, 8) Construction Of A Hydrant Installation, 9) Decommissioning Of The Existing Cold Water Installation, Which Will Be Closed Due To The Reconstruction, 10) Carrying Out Tests, Adjustments And Commissioning Of Devices And Installations In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations And Putting Them Into Operation. 4. The Detailed Type, Scope And Method Of Execution Of Construction Works Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10 To Swz), Stwiorb (Appendix No. 11 To Swz) And In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 9 To Swz). The Description And Method Of Implementation Of The Subject Order Is Also Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.5. Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Note: The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers In These Proceedings. The Contractor Declares The Warranty Period In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Method Of Evaluating Offers In The Period Of The Warranty (G) Criterion Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xx Of The Swz.6. Insurance: During The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E.
