1. The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1 145R At Km 3 + 855.00 To 3 + 941.00 In The Town Of Borki Nizińskie, Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians. The Scope Of The Road Reconstruction Includes: Construction Of A Pedestrian Road In The Existing Road, Outside The Open Ditch. The Roadsides And Exits Should Also Be Supplemented With Crushed Aggregate.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz - Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 1. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Contained In Chapter Iii Of The Swz - Annex No. 2. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Of 36-60 Months;3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works;4. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;5. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, And The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law6.Whenever In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Order Documentation, In All Items In Which There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Sources Of Origin Of Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With No Worse Technical Parameters, And The Indicated Products Or Devices Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Documentation.
