The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of Retention Reservoirs In The Gniezno Commune - The Pond In Mnichów Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Measure 2.6 Increasing Resistance To Climate Change And Natural Disasters Under Zit. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1.Development Of The Formal And Legal Part2.The Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works Includes:1. Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Facility - An Earth Pond Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area - Preparatory Works - Reconstruction Of The Pond - Finishing And Accompanying Works. The Ordering Party Has A Concept And A Developed Functional And Utility Program For The Implementation Of The Above Task.The Task Is Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Measure 2.6 Increasing Resilience To Climate Change And Natural Disasters Under Iti. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Environmental And Social Aspects, Including: Minimizing The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Water And Electricity Consumption, Removing From The Construction Site All Waste And Packaging Generated During The Execution Of The Works And Their Disposal. The Existing Trees Should Be Preserved As Much As Possible. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Embed The Material Resulting From The Cleaning In Consultation With The Ordering Party In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Facility Area). Before Starting The Works, Appropriate Notifications Must Be Submitted (At Least To The Starosta Of Gniezno And The Września Water Supervision Authority) In Order To Obtain Consent To Carry Out The Works On The Basis Of Applicable Legal Provisions. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Indicated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
