The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Sixty [60] Month Warranty For The Performed Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order And Twenty-Four [24] Months For The Delivered And Installed Equipment, Counting From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order.3. The Delivered And Installed Equipment Is Covered By A Manufacturers Warranty, Not Shorter Than 24 Months. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than 24 Months, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Extension To 24 Months.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Period Of 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5. The Final Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point. 4 Is The Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
