The Task Involves Replacing The Roof Covering From Trapezoidal Steel Sheets With Trapezoidal Steel Sheets Along With Strengthening The Structure Of Steel Girders, Performing Works Related To The Insulation Of Chimneys And Gable Walls, Replacing And Modernizing The Lightning Protection System, Replacing The Gutter System And Eaves Soffits. The Scope Of Work Includes Works Related To Protecting The Facility Against Unfavorable Weather Conditions (Rainfall, Low Temperatures) And Securing Ceiling Cladding Elements In Places And Surfaces Where The Steel Structure Will Be Reinforced. The Contractor Will Construct Working Platforms In The Attic Space (On The Existing Structure) To Enable Assembly Work To Be Performed. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Legal Regulations, Polish Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction, Preparatory And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Polish Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective, Even If They Have Not Been Clearly Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, But Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Ordering Party Envisages The Performance Of Temporary Works Related In Particular To: - Arrangement, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, - Securing The Work Area And Its Proper Marking, - Ensuring Safe Conditions For The Use Of Adjacent Areas, - Implementing The Necessary Safeguards Fire Protection, - Ensuring Continuity Of Access To The Property And Public Utility Facilities, To The Extent Resulting From The Organization Of Works, - Performing All Auxiliary And Cleaning Works.
