The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: Replacement Of The Wooden Floor In The Paint Shop Room In The Technical Building Of The Grand Theater In Łódź Based On The Construction Design Called: Construction Works - Renovation Consisting Of Replacing The Wooden Floor In The Paint Room In The Technical Building Of The Grand Theater In Łódź Included In Registration Of Monuments Under The Number A/202;A/121 As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Grand Theater In Łódź. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Includes: Architectural, Construction And Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bills Of Quantities.2. Design Documentation Listed In Point 1 Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And Other Information Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Received Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities, The Contract And The Conditions Contained In The Tor And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Based On The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Executive Orders Issued On Their Basis, The Provisions Of The Civil Code And Others Resulting From The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Scope Of Tasks Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Disassembly Of Existing Elements Attached To The Floor Of The Room (Racks, Floor-Standing Radiators) For The Duration Of The Renovation And Their Reassembly After Installing A New Floor; Protection Of Existing Elements That Cannot Be Dismantled During Renovation (Hydrant Pipes, Ventilation Hoods, Ventilation Ducts Entering The Floor, Downpipes, Bottom Connections Of Hanging And Standing Radiators); Removal Of Existing Wooden Skirting Boards, Aluminum Finishing Strips And Threshold Strips; Disassembly Of Existing Floor Layers (Above The Ceiling) - Both Wooden Elements (Boards And Joists) And Subfloor Layers; Preparation Of The Ground For A New Floor; Installation Of A New Wooden Floor On Joists; Sanding And Preparing The Floor Surface For Finishing The Top Layer; Installation Of New Threshold And Finishing Strips At The Windows, As Well As Wooden Skirting Boards (Plinths).5. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On An Active, Used Facility. All Works May Be Performed On Any Day Of The Week At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party (Including The Opening Hours Of The Theatre).6. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Order.7.
