The Order Concerns All The Works Provided For In The Documentation.3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Obtain By The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And For Its Benefit A Permit To Use The Investment Project. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Powers Of Attorney In This Respect.4) The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task.
