The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Emergency Water Intake For The Water Treatment Plant In Chraplewo, Plot No. 167/3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Approve The Mining Plant Operation Plan. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. This Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Technical Documentation Prepared By: Grupa Hydro Well Construction And Water Supply Systems, Ul. Sarnia 10, 62-063 Szczytniki;2) Specification Of The Order Conditions;3) Applicable Legal Provisions And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice;4) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.
