The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Hydrophore Set In The Przybków Pumping Station As Part Of The Task Titled: Replacement Of The Pump Set With The Akpia System In The Przybków Pumping Station - Restoration Of The Technical Efficiency Of The Devices Of The Dn 315 Water Transmission Pipeline Przybków - Legnickie Pole - Skała. In Announcements, Correspondence And Settlement Documents, The Abbreviated Name Of The Task May Be Used: Replacement Of The Pump Set Of The Przybków Pumping Station On The Dn 315 Transmission Water Pipeline Przybków - Legnickie Pole - Skała. 3. The Ordering Party Intends To Modernize The Pump Set Located On The Premises Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant In Legnica, The Pumping Station In Przybków. 4. The Pump Set, Built In 1993, Consists Of Three Grundfos Lp Pumps With A Power Of 11 Kw Each. Pumps Pump Water Into Reservoirs In Legnickie Pole. 5. This Set Is Powered By A Control Cabinet In Which A Siemens Controller Is Installed, Connected To The Data Transmission System To The Control System Of The Water Pumping Station Located In Legnickie Pole. The Automation Of The Pumping Station In Legnickie Pole, Based On The Measured Level, Sends An Order To Turn On One Or Two Pumps To Replenish The Level In This Tank. 6. The Technology Of Manufacturing The Pump Set In Przybków Excludes The Replacement Of The Pumps Themselves Due To The Risk Of Cracking Of Materials And Pipe Connections. The Entire Set Is Expected To Be Replaced With A New One. The New Set Is To Be Made Entirely Of Acid-Resistant Steel, Connecting The Suction And Discharge Manifolds To The Existing Flanges. 7. The Entire Pump Set Is Located In The Basement Of The Building 8. In Relation To The Existing Development, The Following Is Additionally Planned: - Connections Of The Suction And Discharge Collectors Using Rubber Compensators - At The Outlet Of The Discharge Collector, An Electromagnetic Flow Meter With A Modbus Rtu Communication Card Should Be Installed - A Pressure Transducer With A 4-20 Ma Current Output - A Dn 250 Check Valve 9.
