The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: - Construction Of The Care And Housing Center Building, - Construction Of Hardened Paths And Access Roads, - Construction Of 8 Above-Ground Parking Spaces, - Construction Of Technical Infrastructure, Including The Following Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater Sewage, Electricity And Emergency Systems - Construction Of A Connection To The Water Supply Network - Construction Of A Solid Waste Collection Point. The Investment Is Located On Part Of The Plot. Registration No. 34/7. Access To The Designed Facility And The Route Of The Internal Power Supply Line (Wlz) To The Power Connector Run Through Parts Of Plots No. 34/4 And 96, Located Within The Registration Area 0010 Sucha Dolna, Niegosławice Commune, Lubusz Voivodeship. The Investment Area Is Located In Snow Load Zone I, Wind Load Zone I, And The Adopted Standard Ground Frost Depth Is 0.80 M.1.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference - Draft 1.3.The Implementation Of The Order Should Be Carried Out With Due Regard To The Project Co-Financing Agreement With Annexes And Guidelines For The Implementation Of Projects From The Funds Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy (Care And Residential Centers).1.4.The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order And Contact The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Communicative Level Of Polish. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Do Not Speak Polish, During The Term Of The Contract And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.
