With Registration Number 384/16, District: Czersk, 2) The Facility Is To Serve As A Shelter For Up To 299 People, The Final Number Of Which Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Developing The Design Documentation, Depending On The Available Area Of The Building, 3) Basic Function Of The Rooms: A Place Of Emergency Shelter With A Main Control Station, 4) Additional Rooms: Sanitary Facilities, Storage Rooms, 5) The Project Should Be Developed In Particular On The Basis Of The Guidelines Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter, 6) The Project Must Take Into Account The Requirements For The Safety Of People Staying In The Place Of Emergency Shelter, Including Ensuring Appropriate Hygiene, Ventilation And Social Facilities, 7) Technical And Installation Solutions: Introducing Solutions Affecting The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility. The Adopted Solutions Must Be Economically Optimal And Prepared By Authorized Industry Specialists And In Accordance With Regulations And Guidelines Regarding This Type Of Facilities.
