1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Of The Second Part Of The Zus Inspectorate Building In Zambrów At Ul. Fabryczna 3A And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation. 2. Based On The Prepared Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Construction Works Will Include: 2.1.Replacement Of All Windows,2.2.Replacement Of All Internal And External Doors, 2.3.Reconstruction In Terms Of New Division Of Rooms, Demolition Of Walls, Piercings In The Walls, 2.4.Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Entire Building, 2.5.Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People Outside The Building, 2.6.Installation Of An Elevator For People With Special Needs, 2.7.Reconstruction Of The Internal Water And Sewage Network Along With The Replacement Of All Fittings, Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation, 2.8.Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation, 2.9.Construction Of Telecommunications Systems In Accordance With Fire Protection Standards And Requirements, 2.10.Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation, 2.11.Landscaping And Construction Of A Garage, 2.12.Adaptation Of The Building To Fire Protection Regulations In Accordance With Technical Opinion. 3. Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Such A Way That:3.1.Could Serve As A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Tender Procedure For Construction Works, It Should Be Made In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law;3.2.Determined The Total Cost Of The Task (Cost Estimate Documentation);3.3.In Its Content, It Did Not Define The Subject Of The Contract In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products.4.The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision At The Request Of The Ordering Party Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 9 To The Swz.
