4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Additional Equipment, I.E. A Hydraulic Hammer With An Adapter Plate, A 1500 Mm Tilting Slope Bucket, A 400 Mm Excavator Bucket, A 600 Mm Excavator Bucket And A Hydraulic Saw For Cutting Branches With Four Cutting Discs. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order, I.E. A Backhoe Loader1) Should Not Be Older Than 2026; 2) Engine Power In The Range Of 100-110 Km, 3) Drive On Two Axles With The Possibility Of Driving On One Axle, 4) Hydraulic Braking System; 4.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz. 4.4 The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Deficiencies And Defects In The Subject Of The Order. 4.5 The Ordering Party Requires That The Price Offered By The Contractor Consists Of Delivery And Training Of Designated Employees On The Date And Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4.6 The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4.6 Place Of Delivery: Seat Of The Commune Office In Konopiska, Ul. The Device Should Meet All Regulations Regarding The Right To Be Used In Poland And Have Appropriate Documents Proving Compliance With All Necessary Standards And Guidelines That The Above-Mentioned Equipment Should Meet Before It Is Allowed For Use. 4.11 Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.4.12 In The Case Of Using Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions, Within The M
