The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A New, Medium-Sized Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502), Disabilities, Including People In Wheelchairs, In Accordance With Applicable Law - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 82) Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations.3) The Engine Control System Cannot Contain Hidden Programs That Change The Level Of Exhaust Emissions Depending On Its Operating Mode.4) The Bus Must Be Technically Efficient, Complete, Free From Defects.5) The Offered Bus Must Have A Valid Certificate Vehicle Type Approval With Annexes Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Pursuant To The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919).6) Bus Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Following Provisions: A) Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece) - Uniform Provisions Concerning The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Construction (Oj Eu.
