Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Workshops For Participants Of The Polish-German Project Entitled Together For Tolerance

1. The Order Concerns The Organization And Conduct Of 47 Polish-German Educational Workshops, Including: 1) 31 Workshops For Seniors (Including Mildly Disabled People) For An Average Of 20 People Each (18 Participants, 1 Guardian, 1 Language Intermediary), A Total Of 3,720 Person-Days (31X20x6 Days), 2) 16 Workshops For Young People (Aged 12-18), An Average Of 23 People Each (20 Participants, 2 Guardians, 1 Language Intermediary) A Total Of 2,208 Person-Days (16X23x6 Days) Including Accommodation, Meals, Intercultural Education Classes, Integration Classes, Language Classes, Trips Promoting Cross-Border Cooperation, And: 1) Hippotherapy, Music Therapy And Kinesitherapy Classes (Seniors), 2) Sports And Recreational Activities (Youth), As Well As The Provision Of Language Intermediaries During 47 Workshops, Polish Guardians During 16 Youth Workshops, Polish Guardians During 23 Educational Trips To Cottbus. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz.3.Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design Referred To In The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Of December 13, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1169, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Guarantees Full Accessibility For All User Groups, With Particular Emphasis On People With Special Needs.4.The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order And Contact The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Communicative Level Of Polish. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Will Not Speak Polish, During The Term Of The Contract And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.5.The Task Was Co-Financed As Part Of The Polish-German Project Titled Together For Tolerance Co-Financed By The Cooperation Program Interreg Vi A Brandenburg - Poland 2021 - 2027.
