Tenders Are Invited For Transport Service For Students Of The Forest Technical Secondary School In Białowieża As Part Of Practical Vocational Training In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Transport Of Students Of The Forestry Technical Secondary School In Białowieża (Ul. Park Dyrekacyjny 1A, 17-230 Białowieża) As Part Of Practical Vocational Training In The School Year 2026/2027.2. The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractors Buses.3. The Carrier Must Have At Least 2 Vehicles Designed To Transport People, Including 1 Vehicle Designed To Transport At Least 35 People And 1 Vehicle Designed To Transport At Least 55 People.4. Transport Services Will Be Provided By Buses Adapted To Transport Children And Teenagers, Meeting All Safety, Hygiene And Highway Code Requirements, By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Provide These Services.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Valid Third-Party Liability And Accident Insurance Contracts And Valid Technical Inspections Of The Vehicle Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period. If The Insurance Contract Expires During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude A New Insurance Contract Within Such Time As To Ensure Continuity Of Performance Of The Contract In Question. The Value And Material Scope Of The Insurance Contract Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions.6. The Bus Time Card Is Signed Each Time By The Internship Supervisor From The Forest Technical Secondary School In Białowieża.7. The Schedule For Transporting Students In Individual Calendar Months Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Contract.8. A Detailed Description Of The Daily Route Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Person Supervising The Students From The Forest Technical Secondary School On The Day Of Departure.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Route Or Cancel The Course During The Month For Reasons Beyond Its Control Under The Terms Specified In The Contract.10. The Ordering Party, In Consultation With The Contractor, May Order And The Contractor May Carry Out An Additional Course For The Transport Of Students Not Included In The Schedule.11. In The Event Of A Technical Breakdown Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately (No Longer Than 60 Minutes) Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport At Its Own Expense.
