1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The Building At Ul. Potockiego 1A In Żnin (Hiding Place U-1) Intended For The Plant Archive Of The Municipal Office In Żnin Together With A Garage And Social Facilities. The Task Will Consist In Preparing Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required) For The Task Including Expansion And Reconstruction. An Existing Public Utility Building Located On The Registration Plot No. 1048/4, Żnin District. The Development Area Of The Existing Facility Covered By The Study Is Approximately 360 M2. The Entire Building Requires Reconstruction, Expansion And Adaptation To Applicable Regulations. The Documentation Must Enable The Conduct Of Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works And The Implementation Of The Investment. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform In Particular: I.Preparatory Studies (Map For Design Purposes, Architectural And Construction Inventory (Including Structures, Installations, Etc.), Technical Expertise Of The Existing Building, Geotechnical Research, Geological And Engineering Documentation (If Required), Site Balance; Ii. Design Documentation (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs Of All Industries, Executive Designs Including: Architecture, Structure, Installations Sanitary Installations, Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating Installations, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical Installations, Telecommunication Installations, Computer Network, Monitoring, Access Control, Burglary Detection System, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Removal, Low-Voltage Installations, Installations Related To The Functioning Of The Place Where People Are Hiding). Iii. Cost Studies (Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works). Construction).Iv.
