The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Public Alarm And Warning System In The Grabica Commune.2.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Provide Equipment Free From Defects, Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient And Complete, Along With All Installation Materials, Auxiliary Elements, Licenses, Configuration And Other Components Necessary For The Proper Launch And Operation Of The System, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Make Additional Purchases Or Investments, As Well As Its Assembly And Configuration, B) Provide Free Training To All Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Basic Operation And Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, C) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturers Of The Supplied Equipment In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, D) Providing The Operating Instructions For The Supplied Equipment In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical, Functional, Operational And Quality Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Individual System Elements, Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Swz And In Annex No. 6 To The Swz Constitute Minimum Requirements (Technical And Quality), And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Supply Of All Devices, Elements, Subassemblies, Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Implementation, Commissioning And Proper Functioning Of The Complete System, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documentation.
