The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Purposes In The 2026/2027 Season, Meeting The Requirements For This Type Of Fuel, With Parameters According To The Pn-C-96024 Standard For L-1. The Subject Of The Order Are Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil Grade L-1 According To The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 Intended For Heating Purposes. Estimated - Expected Demand For Fuel Oil Is Estimated At 169 M³. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Party Light Fuel Oil For Facilities Administered By The Inowrocław Commune, In An Estimated Amount Of 169 M³; 2) To Deliver Fuel Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk; 3) To Use Specialized Equipment With The Required Tests And Certificates And Equipped With A (Verified) Meter For Pumped Fuel And Other Devices Necessary For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Fuel Into The Tank; 4) To Deliver Light Fuel Oil Produced No Earlier Than 3 Months Before The Date Of Its Delivery. The Contractor Guarantees That The Supplied Fuel Oil Will Be A High-Quality Fuel That Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations And The Quality Requirements Specified In The Order Documentation, And Will Be Suitable For Use As Intended For A Period Of At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery, Provided That It Is Properly Stored; 5) Provide The Ordering Party With Each Delivery With A Current Quality Certificate From The Fuel Manufacturer, Issued By An Accredited Laboratory, Regarding The Production Batch From Which The Delivery Comes. The Fuel Quality Certificate Should Include The Contractors Declaration That The Certificate Concerns The Batch Of Fuel From Which The Delivered Oil Comes, Enabling The Identification Of This Batch, And Must Also Confirm That The Supplied Fuel Oil Meets The Conditions Specified In The Order Documents;6) For Unloading (Pumping) Oil Into Tanks Located In The Boiler Rooms Of The Indicated Facilities Of The Ordering Party.
