The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: - A Power Generator With A Power Of 55-75 Kw Mounted On A Two-Axle Trailer With Additional Equipment (Distribution Boards, Cables) - 3 Pieces; The Ordering Party Recommends That All Offered Generators (3 Pieces) Come From The Same Manufacturer And Be Of The Same Model. - A Power Generator With A Power Of 30-50 Kw Mounted On A Two-Axle Trailer With An Additional Equipment (Distribution Boards, Cables) - 1 Piece. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Contractors/Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract/Subcontractors/Further Subcontractors From Third Countries With Which The European Union Is Not Bound By Any International Agreement Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality. In The Event Of An Offer Being Submitted By A Contractor From A Third Country With Which The European Union Is Not Bound By Any International Agreement Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Offering Supplies (Products) From Third Countries With Which The European Union Has Not Concluded International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market, Or Countries That Have Not Ratified The Government Procurement Agreement (Gpa).
