1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of The Contract Engineer, Including Preparation And Support Of Proceedings For The Selection Of Contractors, Contract Management, Coordination Of The Design Process, Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision, Quality Control, Acceptance Activities, Material And Contractual Settlement Of Works, As Well As Preparation And Timely Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete Data And Documents Necessary For The Implementation And Settlement Of The Project And The Implementation Of The Agreement With The Karkonosze County. The Engineer Performs A Supervisory Function Investor Supervision Covering Multi-Sectoral Investor Supervision Of The Task, Performed By Supervision Inspectors With Appropriate Specializations. In The Field Of Design, Supervision Includes Technical Verification Of Documentation And Design Solutions Within The Competences Of Relevant Persons, And In The Field Of Construction Works - Performing The Duties Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Under The Construction Law. The Remaining Activities Are Performed As The Contract Engineer. For The Purposes Of Settling The Project Under The Same Agreement, 90% Of The Total Gross Price Is Assigned To The Activities Of Investor Supervision And The Required Specialist Supervision, And 10% Of The Total Gross Price To The Activities Of The Contract Engineer. One Contractor Is Responsible For Both Scopes Within One Order. Specialist Supervision Activities, If Required, Are Part Of 90% Of The Remuneration And Are Assigned To The Investment Scope To Which They Concern; Do Not Create A Separate Range Of Payments Beyond Table 7.2. 2.
