1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport And Return Of Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 13 To The Swz. Task No. 1 Concerns Routes No. I To No. Xii And Covers The Transport And Return Of A Total Of 610 Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The City And Commune Of Staszów, Carried Out In The Form Of Purchasing Monthly Tickets. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children And Students Transported On Individual Routes During The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Provides Care For Children And Students During Deliveries And Pick-Ups. The Contractor Will Provide Free Transport And Pick-Up Of The Transport Chaperones. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out In Efficient Buses, With The Number Of Seats Not Less Than The Number Of People Transported On Each Route, Current Technical Tests, Approved For Traffic, In An Unobjectionable Technical Condition, Meeting Safety Requirements (In Accordance With Applicable Law), In An Appropriate Sanitary Condition, Kept Clean While Maintaining The Internal And External Aesthetics, And Heated In The Winter. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect Documents Confirming The Technical Condition Of The Buses. The Contractor Is Obliged To Check Whether The Details Of The Bus Drivers Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators, In Accordance With Art. 21 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And On The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 110, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Comply With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors Prepared By The Contractor Pursuant To Art. 22B Of The Act On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors. Order Completion Date: From October 1, 2026 To November 30, 2026, But Not Shorter Than Until The End Of The Public Procurement Procedure Conducted Under An Open Tender Covering The Implementation Of Task No. 1 - Routes I To Xii In The Field Of Transport And Return Of Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The City And Commune Of Staszów In The Year School Year 2026/2027, And The Contract Will Be Valid Until The End Of The Full Calendar Month In Which The Contractor Will Be Selected.2.The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In Swz.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Require: - The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Or - The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.
