1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1313R Jasło (Ul. Mickiewicza) - Błażkowa - Jodłowa At Km 0+000 - 1+670 To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Zrid Decision And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. Mickiewicza) - Błażkowa - Jodłowa At Km 0+000 - ~0+600, Including The Expansion Of The Intersection With Ul. Jagiełły And The Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of Ul. Mickiewicza In The Scope Of Regulating Turning Relations At Intersections And/Or Exits; 2) Reconstruction Of The Bridge On The Wisłoka River Along With Access Roads At Km ~0+600 - 1+422 Of The District Road No. 1313R Jasło (Ul. Mickiewicza) - Błażkowa - Jodłowa Along With The Inclusion Of The So-Called The Western Bypass Of Jasło (Fragment Of The Dk73 Concept According To Annex No. 4). Develop The Bridge Reconstruction Technology In A Way That Allows Works To Be Carried Out Under Traffic; 3) Reconstruction And/Or Protection Of Collisions With Existing Utility Networks; 4) Development Of A Design For Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Opinions And Obtaining Approval From The Relevant Traffic Management Authority; 5) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Separate Regulations; 6) Obtaining A Zrid Decision With Immediate Enforceability, Divided Into Stages: I, Referred To In Point 1 And Ii, Referred To In Point 2, And The Division Of The Task Into Stages Should Take Into Account Technical And Technological Aspects Of Implementation And Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.3. The Scope Of The Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Two Concepts And Submission To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 30 Days Of Signing The Contract; 2) Construction Design (Pab, Pzt, Pt) Divided Into Stages I And Ii; 3) Materials For The Zrid Application, With The Design Of The Division Of The Real Estate (Plots) Being Developed By The Ordering Party After The Contractor Has Previously Indicated The Area Of Occupancy; 4) Tender Materials: Detailed Design, Investors Cost Estimate Together With The Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications;5) Approved Designs For The Temporary And Final Permanent Traffic Organization. All Documentation Should Be Prepared In Paper And Electronic Pdf And Editable Versions (Word - Text Files, Dwg/Dxf - Drawings, Kst/Ath/Xls - Cost Estimates).4. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Design Documentation Is To Include All Elements Necessary To Complete The Task. 2) Before Starting To Develop The Construction Design, The Contractor Will Agree On The Design Solutions And Materials Used With The Ordering Party And The Road Man
