1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment - A Portable Computer With Accessories - For The Needs Of The Academy Of Fine Arts. Władysław Strzemiński In Łódź.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Parameters Of The Equipment, Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Set Out In Annexes Asp-01-Kp For Part 1 And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Technical Parameters Given In Appendices Asp-01-Kp For Part 1 Are Minimum Requirements, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Devices With Parameters Consistent With The Minimum Or Better.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification Resulting From The Responses To The Contractors Inquiries.5. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete And Ready For Use After Installation Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Not Reconditioned, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Have All The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law, Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Be Admitted To Trading And Have Valid Legally Required Documents Confirming Approval For Use In The Eu, And Also Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party In Swz.8. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Not Be Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Production Of The Equipment.9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of The State; • Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
