I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Platform For Servicing The Voice Communication Channel With Patients, Integrated With The His-Clininet System In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Titled Improvement Of Infrastructure And Development Of Outpatient And One-Day Care At The Mother And Child Institute As Part Of Feniks. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Includes: A) Assortment And Price Table - Annex No. 2 To Swz;B) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 3 To Swz;C) Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To Swz.Ii. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To Its Technical, Functional And Organizational Nature. All Elements Of The Order Constitute One Technologically And Functionally Coherent Intelligent Voice Assistant System, Working On A Common Hardware And System Platform. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Result In Lack Of Full Compatibility Between All Components, Integration Problems, Dispersion Of Responsibility For The Correct Operation Of The System, And Extension Of The Implementation Process And Acceptance Tests. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Ensures: Uniform Warranty Liability, No Disputes Regarding Competence In The Field Of Technical Support, Consistent Service Conditions, Continuity Of Manufacturers Support. The System Must Operate As A Uniform, Certified Manufacturers Environment. Splitting The Order Would Not Actually Increase The Competitiveness Of The Procedure, But Could Lead To Integration Difficulties And An Increase In Total Costs. Due To The Close Functional, Technological And Licensing Connection Of All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Need To Ensure Full System Compatibility And Clear Warranty Liability, Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Technically And Organizationally Unjustified. Iii. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Including Environmental Aspects - Dnsh:12. 1.
