To Swz. The Order Was Divided Into 6 Parts And Includes, In Particular, Delivery: Part No. 1: Electrical Equipment And Installation Modules, Part No. 2: Pneumatic Equipment, Connectors, Valves And Accessories, Part No. 3: Set Of Electric Screwdrivers, Part No. 4: Electrical And Measuring Equipment, Photovoltaics And Accessories, Measuring Equipment, Photovoltaics, Accessories And Materials Installationpart No. 5: Electrical And Control Equipment, Measuring Equipment, Installation Equipment And Tools, Lot No. 6: Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning And Service Equipment Cpv Code: 31711000-3 Electronic Articles, 31711500-8 Parts Of Electronic Components, 39162100-6 Teaching Aids, 31680000-6 Electrical Articles And Accessories, 31682000-0 - Electrical Products3.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Delivered Equipment, Devices, Accessories And Materials Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device, Equipment, Equipment Specified In Annex No. 7. 7.1. – 7.6. To Swz.3.4.The Delivered Products Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third-Party Rights, B) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices, Equipment, Products, Teaching Aids In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And If The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, The Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 12 Months, C) The Offered Devices, Equipment, Products Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer On The Day Of Submitting Offers. To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, D) All Delivered Devices, Equipment And Products Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Product Price. 3.5.Note: Whenever The Documentation Indicates A Brand, Standard, Certificate Or Origin Of A Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is Followed By The Word Or Equivalent, I.E. That The Built-In Materials, Devices, Etc.
