The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Platform Of Electronic Public Services For Residents And Entrepreneurs, Including A Web Portal And A Mobile Application (Android/Ios) Consistent With It, Providing, Among Others, Online Payments, Personalized Information (Taxes, Fees, Correspondence), Waste Collection Schedule, Reporting Faults In Public Spaces, Public Consultations, Tourist Module, Along With Authentication By The National Electronic Identification Node. The Order Also Includes The Digitization Of Back-Office Processes Necessary To Provide These E-Services, Including The Modernization Of Field Systems Handling Taxes And Local Fees, Waste Management, Finance And Budget, Along With Integrations (E-Delivery, Ksef, Poczta Polska), Implementation Of An Information Security Management System And A Human Resources And Payroll System With An Employee Portal.
