Whilst The Strategy Will Consider The Entire Estate, Particular Emphasis Shall Be Placed On Waterways Ireland’S Operational Estate, With Specific Focus On The Headquarters Building Due To Its Strategic Importance, Operational Function And Significant Operating Costs.
