The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For Wodociągi Gminne Sp. Z O.O. In Pakosław, On The Terms Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And In The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, For Personal Use. Energy Intake Points (Hereinafter Also Ppe) Have Comprehensive Distribution And Sales Agreements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - A List Of Facilities, Ppe Numbers, Estimated Consumption, Meters And The Status Of Contracts - Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And The Plan For The Generation And Sale Of Electricity From The Employers Photovoltaic Installation In 2027 - In Annex No. 8A To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Electricity Supplier, Pursuant To The Powers Of Attorney Obtained From The Ordering Party, Under Which It Will Perform The Following Activities: A. Will Notify The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso) For The Implementation Of The Electricity Sales Agreement Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, B. Will Properly Notify The Dso About The Change Of Pob - Entity Responsible For Trade Balancing For The Ordering Partys Generation Points, C. Will Represent The Ordering Party Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Osd), In Matters Related To The Supplier Change Procedure. D. Will Perform Any Other Activities, Including Submitting Declarations Of Will And Knowledge, Related To The Activities Referred To In The Points Above, E. Will Conclude An Electricity Sales Agreement(S) With The Ordering Party In Relation To All Electricity Consumption Points Specified In The Swz. The Estimated Demand For Electricity Over A 12-Month Period Indicated In The Annex Referred To In Point 4 Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity May Change (Increase Or Decrease) During The Period Covered By The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Repurchase Surpluses And Provide Commercial Balancing Services For Electricity Introduced Into The Network Of Dso Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O., Generated In The Ordering Partys Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 179.15 Kwp, Located In Accordance With Annex No. 8A Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Is A Producer Of Electricity In A Photovoltaic Installation With A Total Capacity Of 179.15 Kwp And Has The Status Of A Renewable Energy Prosumer. Plan For Electricity Generation In 2027 In The Above-Mentioned Photovoltaic Installation And The Introduction And Sale Of Surpluses To The Network Is Provided In Annex No. 8A To The Swz.
