The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Owners Of Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Łapsze Niżne Commune From The Following Towns: Falsztyn, Frydman, Niedzica-Zamek, Niedzica, Kacwin, Łapsze Niżne, Łapsze Wyżne, Łapszanka And Trybsz From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In A Way That Allows The Commune To Achieve The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste, Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And Not Exceeding The Levels Of Landfilling Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ucpg Act And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 15, 2017 On The Levels Of Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2412), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1530) And The Provisions Of The Current Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Contractor Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122). 2. The Provisions Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Apply To Construction And Demolition Waste From Households, Which Must Be Handled In Accordance With Art. 1B Section 2 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Provisions Regarding The Management Of Municipal Waste Apply. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated (E.G. Business Entities And Institutions). 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection Of Municipal Waste From The Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live And From The Owners Of The Real Estate Where There Is A Summer House(S) Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Transport Of The Collected Waste To Places Of Segregation, Recovery And Disposal, As Well As Transfer Of The Collected Municipal Waste And Its Management In The Installation, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste.
