Advertising Management Services – Purchase Mandate For Advertising Space In The Press, Magazines And Web Media On Behalf Of The Reunion Region. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Appoint An Agent Specializing In The Purchase Of Advertising Space In The Written Press, Magazines, Periodical Publications And Reference Works (Institutional Diaries, Professional Directories, Tourist Guides, Event Publications, Etc.) And Web Media, In The Name And On Behalf Of The Réunion Region. It Is Concluded In The Form Of A Mandate Contract, Within The Meaning Of Article 20 Of Law No. 93-122 Of January 29, 1993 As Amended Relating To The Prevention Of Corruption And The Transparency Of Economic Life And Public Procedures. As Such, The Agent Acts In Direct Representation Of The Réunion Region And Undertakes To Respect All The Obligations Arising From This Qualification, In Particular Those Provided For In Articles 1984 To 1997 Of The Civil Code.
