The Scope Of Services Includes All Deliveries, Assemblies, Lines, Fittings, Apparatus, Fastenings, Insulation, Connections, Ancillary Work, Testing, Flushing And Commissioning Required For A Complete And Operational Sanitary System, Insofar As These Can Be Assigned To The Bkp 250 Trade. Existing Sanitary Facilities And Installations Must Be Checked On Site Before Work Begins. Connection Points, Cable Routing, Breakthroughs And Interfaces To Other Trades Must Be Coordinated At An Early Stage With The Construction Management And The Specialist Planners And Contractors Involved. Particular Attention Must Be Paid To The Phased Construction Process And The Ongoing Operation Of The Retirement Center.
