Refuse And Waste Related Services – Providing Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The City Of Bolesławiec. 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The City Of Bolesławiec, Establishment And Operation Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (Central And Local), Equipping The Property With Containers And/Or Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste And Maintaining These Containers In Proper Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Can Be Found In Annex A To The Swz, Which Includes: 1) Annex No. A1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Requirements Related To Its Implementation, 2) Annex No. A2 - List Of Real Estate, 3) Annex No. A3 - Schedule For The Collection Of Municipal Waste (Other Segregation) From The Area Of The City Of Bolesławiec 4) Annex No. A4 - Schedule For The Collection Of Municipal Waste Segregated From The Area Of The City Of Bolesławiec, 5) Annex No. A5 - List / Location Of Containers For Segregation, * Local Pszokki *, 6) Annex No. A6 - List Of Streets And Squares Of The City Of Bolesławec, 7) Annex No. A7 - List Of Garbage Containers, 8) Annex No. A8 - List Of Properties Equipped By The Bolesławiec Municipality With Containers For Used Batteries, 9) Annex No. A9 - List Of Pharmacies Equipped With Containers For Expired Medicines In The City Of Bolesławiec 10) Annex No. A10–Containers For Used Clothes. 11) Annex No. A11 – Sticker. 4.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 6D Section 4 Point 5 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Installation In The Offer. 4.1.2 To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Throughout The Entire Service Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Vehicles That Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law, Including Those That Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 68A And 68B Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels. The Share Of N2 And N3 Category Vehicles In The Total Number Of Vehicles Of These Categories Covered By The Order Must Be Not Less Than 9%. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Possible Changes In The Provisions Of The Act, Including In Particular A Change In The Share Of Vehicles Powered By Alternative Fuels Or A Shift In The Dates Indicated Therein. 4.1.3 At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Specified In The Request, But No Longer Than 10 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Request, A Written Statement Indicating The Total Share Of Vehicles Powered By Alternative Fuels In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law - Hereinafter Referred To As P.R.D., Used In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract - Having Regard To The Provisions Of Section 4.1.2. 4.1.4. Failure To Submit The Written Declaration Specified In Section 4.1.3 Within The Specified Period Will Be Treated By The Ordering Party As Failure To Meet The Requirements Of The Act.
