Halmstad Municipality Is Planning A New Cultural Center At Österskans - A Modern Building With A Flexible Cultural And Event Arena, Cultural School And Spaces For Various Cultural Expressions. Together With The Existing Cultural Activities, It Should Form A Living Cultural Quarter That Strengthens The Attractiveness Of The City Center And Develops Halmstads Cultural Life. The Project Also Includes The Establishment Of A Hotel On The Site With Private Ownership. The Area Is In The Center, 200 Meters From Stora Torg, East Of Nissan. The Municipality Owns The Land. Interested Suppliers Are Invited To Apply To Participate In The Project Competition Regarding The Numbering Of The Cultural Center. Four Suppliers Will Be Invited To Participate In The Competition, With A Competition Fee Of Sek 400,000. Halmstad Municipality Intends To Award The Winning Supplier A Contract For Continued Execution Of Architectural Services Linked To The Project.
