On The Basis Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Provide Services To The Client During The Implementation Of Work 1 In Accordance With The Contractual Conditions For The Construction Of Ground And Engineering Networks Of Structures Designed By The Client According To Fidic Red Book, 1St Edition, 1999, Published In Czech Translation By The Czech Association Of Consulting Engineers (Cace) In 2017, And Other Documents Forming The Work Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Work Contract), And Work 2 Implemented According To The Work Contract (Contracted With A Different Contractor). The Subject Of The Suppliers Services Is The Performance Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Work, Namely During The Demolition Of Existing Buildings And The Subsequent Construction Of A New Laboratory Building By The Construction Contractor, And Also During The Implementation Of The Transport System For Clinical Samples (Pipeline Mail) (Hereinafter Referred To As Pipeline Mail) By The Contractor Pipeline Mail. As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Supplier Will Carry Out The Activities Stipulated By The Contract Towards Both Contractors, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Individual Parts Of The Work. The Subject Of The Suppliers Services Is Also Supervision, Control And Cooperation In The Implementation Of Direct Deliveries To The Contractor Selected By The Principal.
