The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Successive Acceptance And Management Of Waste With Code Ex 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 (Low-Calorie Fraction With An Estimated Heat Of Combustion Of 9-12 Mj/Kg) In The Installation For Thermal Processing Of Waste With A Granulation Of ˃80 Mm (Ballast Fraction) Coming From The Stream Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And The Dry Fraction (Packaging) Of Municipal Waste, Separated On The Waste Segregation Line In The Municipal Waste Processing Installation Of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. The Estimated Maximum Amount Of Waste To Be Accepted And Managed Under The Order Is 10,000 Mg, And Mpgk Reserves The Right To Reduce This Amount Due To Periodically Smaller Amounts Of Waste Delivered To The Mpgk Installation. The Final Amount Of Waste To Be Accepted And Managed Under The Order Will Result From The Production Cycle And The Current Needs Of Mpgk During The Execution Of The Order, With The Minimum (Guaranteed) Amount Being 5,000 Mg. 3.
