Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth, Education, Gender issues, Health, Mental Health Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: One Month Background SKOUN Lebanese Addictions Center is implementing a project, Inclusive Pathways to Protection: Strengthening GBV and Substance Use Responses for Women and Girls in Lebanon," supported by the Womens Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), aimed at strengthening inclusive, gender-sensitive, and coordinated protection responses for women and girls affected by both gender-based violence (GBV) and substance use (SU) in Lebanon. The project focuses on improving access to safe and stigma-free services, strengthening institutional capacities of civil society organizations, enhancing community outreach, and supporting interagency coordination and referral mechanisms. It is implemented in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, with a focus on women and girls facing intersecting vulnerabilities within the context of Lebanons ongoing economic, social, and humanitarian crises. As part of the project, SKOUN will organize a kickoff event on 29 September 2026 at Rafic Hariri University Hospital. The event will bring together relevant stakeholders and participants to introduce the project, its objectives, and its planned activities. Request for Quotation In preparation for the Kick-Off Event, SKOUN Lebanese Addictions Center is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced catering/F&B service providers to provide food and beverage services for approximately 50 participants. Catering Requirements 1. Coffee Break The coffee break should include: Coffee, Nescafe, and tea Water A selection of light snacks Disposable plates, cups, and napkins 2. Open Buffet Mini Savory Snacks & Mini Desserts The open buffet should include: A selection of assorted mini savory snacks A selection of assorted mini desserts/sweets Soft drinks Buffet setup and presentation Delivery and setup at the venue Disposable plates, cups, and napkins The supplier is expected to ensure that all food and beverages are delivered and presented in a professional and hygienic manner. Quotation Requirements Interested providers are kindly requested to submit a detailed quotation including: Proposed menu/options for the coffee break and open buffet Price per person and/or total price for 50 participants VAT and any other applicable charges Delivery, setup, and service fees, if applicable Confirmation of availability on 29 September 2026 Any other relevant information or additional services offered Supplier Legal and Food Safety Documentation Interested suppliers are requested to submit, along with their quotation, the following documents, where applicable: Valid commercial registration/company registration documents Valid tax registration/fiscal identification documents Relevant food business or catering permits/licenses required by the competent Lebanese authorities Valid food safety and hygiene certification, if applicable ISO 22000, or equivalent food-safety certification, if available Any relevant health and safety certificate or permits required for food handling and catering services A brief company profile and/or relevant experience in providing catering services for events Confirmation that all food will be prepared, transported, stored, and served in accordance with applicable food safety and hygiene requirements How to apply Interested suppliers can submit their quotation and the required supporting documentation to [email protected].
