Tenders are invited for Partner Applications (RFA) - Integrated Health, Protection and Community Resilience Support for Conflict-Affected Women and Girls South Lebanon. Closing Date: Wednesday, 23. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health, Human Rights & Protection This Request for Applications seeks local implementing partner who brings the community trust, technical capacity and existing footprint in Tyre and its surrounding villages to co-deliver with IRC quality SRH, MHPSS and protection services and to strengthen women-led community structures for enhanced responses and preparedness. The IRC aims to develop a principled partnership with one local organization to extend community-based health and protection services and contribute to strengthening community-based structures to support provision of basic needs and emergency preparedness. The project will target Tyre cadastre in South Lebanon and is structured around two outcomes: (1) Conflict-affected women and girls have increased access to quality SRH, MHPSS and Protection services., and (2) Women-led community structures are strengthened to deliver services that address the basic needs of conflict-affected women and girls. Selected partners(s) are expected to deliver non-specialized, community-based services psychological first aid, community-based psychosocial support, health and protection awareness, safe identification and referral, and specialized health services (mainly SRH) that complement the IRCs own direct delivery of specialized services, including specialized GBV case management, child protection case management and clinical MHPSS How to apply Each application must include the following documents: Proposal Narrative (Annex 1); Topline Budget (Annex 2); Implementation plan / workplan (included within Annex 1); Registration documents (Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Finance documents, if applicable); Organizational organogram and technical capacities of key staff working on the project; External audit report, if applicable; Child Protection (CP) policy, PSEA policy, and Code of Conduct; and a brief description of the organizations safeguarding/referral mechanism for GBV and protection cases identified in the course of its work. Please comply with the formats provided in the Annexes and complete all sections. The IRC may, at its discretion, choose not to consider incomplete applications. All applications must be submitted in English. The IRC intends to publish responses to all questions received by 18 September 2026. To keep this process fair, questions asked outside this formal channel will not be answered.
