Tenders are invited for Photography & Videography Service Provider Lebanon Closing Date: Wednesday, 23. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Communications & Media Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: Twelve (12) months 1. Scope of Services The selected service provider shall be responsible for providing professional photography and videography services for Beit el Barakas humanitarian, development, community, and organizational activities across Lebanon. The scope of work will include, but will not be limited to: 1.1 Photography and Videographer Coverage The service provider shall provide photography and videography coverage for up to twelve (12) assignments per calendar month, based on Beit el Barakas operational and programme needs. Assignments may include: Humanitarian programme activities Distribution activities Community events Trainings and workshops Field visits Food assistance activities Agricultural and livelihoods activities Beneficiary/community activities Organizational events Staff and team activities Other activities identified by Beit el Baraka Photography: Professional photography coverage of the activity; Coverage of the activity, participants, location, and relevant context; Candid and posed photographs, where appropriate; Photographs of staff, partners, activities, facilities, and communities, as relevant; Selection and delivery of high-quality edited photographs; Color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments, and other standard editing; and Photographs suitable for reports, donor communications, social media, website content, publications, and other communication materials. Videography: Professional video coverage of the activity; Interviews, testimonials, and statements from programme participants, staff, partners, and other relevant stakeholders, where required; Candid and contextual footage of activities and locations; Short-form videos suitable for social media and digital communications; High-quality vertical video footage (9:16) suitable for social media Reels, Stories, and other short-form digital content, including fast-turnaround communication needs; Video footage suitable for programme documentation, donor communications, reports, awareness campaigns, and other organizational purposes; Basic video editing, including cutting, sequencing, colour correction, audio adjustment, subtitles/captions, and appropriate transitions; and Production of videos in formats suitable for the intended communication platform. 1.2 Coverage Duration Each assignment shall consist of up to eight (8) hours of photography and/or videography coverage during one working day, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Beit el Baraka. The twelve (12) monthly assignments may take place in different locations across Lebanon, depending on programme requirements. Potential locations may include: Beirut Mount Lebanon Bekaa North Lebanon Akkar South Lebanon Other locations where Beit el Baraka operates. 1.3 Photo Selection and Editing For each assignment, the service provider shall provide: High-resolution photographs for reports and publications; Web/social-media optimized versions where required; Professional editing; Delivery of the final photographs in an agreed digital format. The service provider shall deliver a minimum of 50 professionally selected and edited photographs per assignment, unless otherwise agreed with Beit el Baraka based on the nature and duration of the assignment. 1.4 Video Production and Editing Where videography is requested as part of an assignment, the service provider shall provide: Professionally captured video footage; Edited video content based on Beit el Barakas requirements; Short-form videos/reels suitable for social media, where requested; Interviews or testimonials, where requested; Appropriate music, sound, subtitles/captions, and graphics, where required and agreed; Final videos in formats suitable for the intended platform or use; and High-quality video files suitable for organizational, programme, donor, reporting, communication, and social media purposes. The scope and length of each edited video shall be agreed with Beit el Baraka based on the nature and purpose of the assignment. 1.5 Turnaround Time The service provider shall provide the final edited photographs within three (3) working days following each assignment, unless another deadline is agreed with Beit el Baraka. Where videography is requested, the service provider shall provide the final edited video within five (5) working days following the assignment, unless another deadline is agreed in advance with Beit el Baraka. For urgent communication needs, Beit el Baraka may request a small selection of photographs and/or short video footage to be delivered within 24 hours of the assignment. 1.6 Transportation and Equipment The service provider shall be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to perform the services, including professional camera equipment, lenses, memory cards/ lighting equipment, and other photography and videography accessories. The service provider shall be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained in good working condition and is suitable for professional field photography and videography. 2. Coordination and Scheduling Photography assignments shall be scheduled based on Beit el Barakas operational and programme requirements. Beit el Baraka shall provide the service provider with reasonable advance notice of assignments whenever possible. However, the service provider shall maintain reasonable flexibility to accommodate changes in programme schedules and urgent photography and videography requirements. The service provider shall coordinate with the designated Beit el Baraka focal point regarding the location, timing, nature, and specific requirements of each assignment. The twelve (12) assignments represent the maximum number of assignments per calendar month. Unused assignments shall not automatically carry forward to subsequent months unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. 3. Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of professional photography and videography experience; Demonstrated experience covering humanitarian, development, NGO, community, or similar activities; Experience working in field environments and different locations across Lebanon; Strong knowledge of professional photography and videography equipment and techniques; Strong knowledge and practical experience in professional lighting, including natural and artificial lighting; Demonstrated experience in portrait and product photography; Ability to capture respectful, authentic, and high-quality images and video footage of programme participants and communities; Demonstrated experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms; Ability to capture high-quality vertical video footage (9:16) suitable for social media Reels, Stories, and other short-form digital content; Ability to produce fast-turnaround visual content for time-sensitive communication needs; Experience conducting and recording interviews and testimonials, where required; Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and ethical photography and videography principles; Portfolio demonstrating relevant previous photography and videography work; Ability to meet short turnaround times and work according to programme schedules; Excellent communication and coordination skills; and Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and CapCut. 4. Ethical Photography, Safeguarding and Confidentiality The service provider shall comply with Beit el Barakas Code of Conduct, Safeguarding Policy, and applicable procedures when photographing or filming programme participants, children, vulnerable adults, staff, partners, and communities. The service provider shall comply with Beit el Barakas applicable consent and media-release procedures before photographing or filming individuals. The service provider shall ensure that photographs and video footage are taken and used in a manner that respects the dignity and rights of programme participants and communities and does not expose individuals to unnecessary risks. Photographs, video footage, interviews, recordings, and other materials shall not be shared, published, sold, licensed, reproduced, or used for personal, commercial, promotional, portfolio, or other purposes without prior written authorization from Beit el Baraka. The service provider shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, materials, images, video footage, recordings, documentation, and other materials accessed or produced in the course of providing the services. 5. Ownership and Intellectual Property All photographs, video footage, recordings, edited videos, and related materials produced under this contract shall be the exclusive property of Beit el Baraka. Beit el Baraka shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, archive, and otherwise use the photographs, video footage, recordings, and related materials for organizational, programme, donor, reporting, communication, awareness, social media, website, and publication purposes, without additional fees or charges. The service provider shall not retain any rights to commercially exploit, sell, license, publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the photographs, video footage, recordings, edited videos, or other materials produced under the contract without prior written authorization from Beit el Baraka.
