Tenders are invited for Power Supply A complete set of Procurement Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application indicating contact details (Telephone, Fax, Email, etc.) to the Deputy Director (Admin) of Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies from 09th September 2026 until 29th September 2026 on any working day, between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Rupees (Rs. 1,500.00) for each bid to the Senior Deputy Director (Finance) of Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies and producing the official receipts for the non-refundable fee to the Deputy Director (Admin). Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) to reach at or before 11:00hrs on 30th September 2026. Bids will be opened soon after closing at the same address in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in favour of The Director General, Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies as mentioned in the bid documents. The Bid Security which shall be issued by one of the following agencies: a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka; or a bank based in another country but the guarantee confirmed by a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
